Using this website

These terms cover your use of www.atxdevops.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site describes the consulting services of ATX DevOps, based in Austin, Texas. Its content is general information, not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your situation. Prices and service descriptions on the site can change and are not an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Contact form and bookings

When you send the contact form or book a call, give accurate information and do not submit passwords, access tokens, regulated data, or other sensitive information. Sending a message or booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Bookings are made through Calendly under Calendly's own terms. How we handle what you send is described in our privacy notice.

Applications and integrations

ATX DevOps operates internal applications, such as Microsoft 365 integrations, that work only with accounts in ATX DevOps's own organization. They are not offered to the public, and these terms do not grant anyone else access to them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or security, attempts unauthorized access, or sends spam or malicious content through its forms.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logos, and images belong to ATX DevOps or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, modify, or republish its content for commercial use without written permission.

Third-party links

The site links to services we do not control, including Calendly and Netlify. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, ATX DevOps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them by posting a new version on this page with a new date.

Questions about these terms can go through the contact form or to jay@atxdevops.com.
