The entry engagement
The Leverage Map.
A paid, fixed-scope start to your agent strategy. We take the one process where an agent would pay off first and put the answer in writing: what is worth automating, what it takes to make it production-ready, and whether AI is the right move at all.
That books a free 30-minute fit call with the founder. The map itself is $5,000 flat, credited toward a build within 90 days, and payable only if you are satisfied with it.
What happens
Four steps. No surprises.
- 00
The fit call
Thirty minutes, no charge. Bring the problem that hurts. We pick the right starting point together and confirm the map is worth doing. If it is not, we say so and you have lost half an hour.
- 01
The working session
We sit with the people who actually live the workflow, in your systems where useful. We map the people, data, decisions, friction, and risk as they really are.
- 02
The assessment
We do the engineering analysis: where agents add real leverage, what it takes to make the workflow production-ready, what it risks, and what it costs to run. Typically a couple of weeks end to end.
- 03
The map, in writing
You get the written Leverage Map and a walkthrough. It is yours to keep and act on, with us or with anyone.
What you walk away with
A map you can hand to your board.
It reads like a board document because it is built to support a real decision. Where your biggest advantage sits depends on your own workflows, your own data, and where your people’s judgment matters most, so we build the map from your operation instead of a template. And when the honest answer is that AI is not the move, the map says so in plain terms.
- Where your agent strategy should start: the highest-leverage process, identified and scored
- What it takes to make it production-ready: data, integrations, controls, effort
- The return you can expect: what the workflow costs you today, and what changes when it is fixed
- The risks, and where a human must stay in the loop
- An honest call on whether AI is the right move at all
- A recommended sequence, so the first step pays for the second
It is written, vendor-neutral, and usable with any builder you choose, including one that isn’t us. And if you run an engineering team, the workflow we map is often your review and release pipeline itself.
What to bring
Bring three things. That is the whole setup.
- 01The problem. The business or technical problem that hurts: slow, error-prone, expensive, or stuck between systems.
- 02The person who lives it. The one who works the problem every day and knows where it really breaks.
- 03Rough numbers. Volume and frequency, even ballpark. How often it happens and how much it touches.
Access to your systems is usually not needed. Most maps are built from conversation and samples. If deeper access would sharpen the answer, we agree on it first, and it is never required to start.
The honest no-go
Two ways this ends early, on purpose. At the fit call, we may tell you the map is not worth buying yet. Inside the map, we may tell you AI is not the move for this problem. Either way you keep the written reasoning. We would rather lose a map than sell you a stalled initiative.
AI is strong inside a boundary and unreliable outside it. Drawing that boundary for your business is exactly what the map does.
What it costs
$5,000, flat. No hourly meter.
You pay when the map is delivered, and only if you are satisfied with it. Nothing is charged at booking, and nothing is charged if the map does not earn its fee. If we move forward with a build within 90 days, the full $5,000 is credited toward it. We price it like an assessment, not a project: a stalled initiative can cost you a quarter, while the map costs a conversation about one problem.
